Pro Tips – Some Things to Consider When Buying an Off-grid System:
- Oversize your solar panels: Cheap to add, and helps meet summer and winter loads more easily.
- Right-size your batteries: Avoid undersizing to protect lifespan and reduce reliance on generators.
- Future-proof your system: You can easily add more batteries later as your energy use grows. Remote programming available.
- Plan for future demand: Consider upsizing your inverter now if you expect to add a pool, EV charger, or large aircon later.
