Returns Policy

At Statewide Power, we’re committed to delivering quality products and service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase — whether due to a fault or simply a change of mind — we’re here to help.

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at admin@statewidepower.com.au or phone 08 9779 9568.
  2. Provide your order details and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue.
  3. We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a suitable remedy.

Items must be:

  • In original condition (unless damaged or faulty),
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice),
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition,
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, and
  • Refunds for change of mind will be processed excluding original shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
