27.5 kVA Standby — Heavy-Duty Single-Phase
The Hyundai DHY22KSEM is a heavy-duty single-phase diesel generator delivering 27.5 kVA standby and 25 kVA prime power. Built around a turbocharged Hyundai water-cooled diesel engine running at 1500 rpm, it is housed in a galvanised powder-coat silenced canopy on a heavy-duty skid base with fork pockets — a package designed for permanent or semi-permanent installation across a range of commercial, agricultural, and industrial applications.
The silenced canopy delivers 67 dB(A) at 7 metres, making it suitable for installation in noise-sensitive locations and compliant with most local council requirements.
Bunded Tank with Extended Run Time
The 100-litre bunded fuel tank provides up to 17 hours of run time at 75% load, reducing the frequency of refuelling in remote or unattended installations. The bunded design contains any fuel spillage within the tank structure for environmental compliance.
DeepSea 6120 Controller
The DeepSea 6120 is a comprehensive generator controller with digital display, protection monitoring, and ATS capability. Battery charger and isolator are included as standard. Optional Auto Transfer Switch (ATS) packages, mine spec configuration, jacket water heater, and external fuel connections are available.
Brushless AVR Alternator — Class H Insulation
The Hyundai brushless AVR alternator maintains stable voltage with less than 5% harmonic distortion and Class H insulation — well within the tolerance for sensitive loads and suited to continuous operation at elevated temperatures.
