The Kubota KJ-S130 is a four-pole, cabinet-style, single-phase diesel generator delivering 13.8 kVA at 1500 rpm. Powered by the Kubota V2203 water-cooled diesel engine, it is completely contained and ready to deploy — superbly engineered to minimise space requirements while delivering reliable power for industrial, construction, mining, and agricultural applications.
Running at 1500 rpm rather than 3000 rpm, the 4-pole design produces the same 50Hz output at half the engine speed — reducing wear, fuel consumption, noise, and heat, and contributing to a longer engine service life.
Kubota Three Vortex Combustion System
All KJ Series generators feature Kubota’s Three Vortex Combustion System (TVCS), which optimises air-fuel mixing for cleaner combustion, lower emissions, reduced operating noise, and better fuel economy across the load range.
2-Wire Auto Start — Solar and ATS Ready
The KJ-S130 includes 2-wire auto start as standard, allowing it to be connected to an ATS panel or solar backup system. The generator starts automatically when triggered by a mains failure signal or low battery voltage, and shuts down when the condition is resolved — enabling fully hands-off standby operation.
Designed to Minimise Space Requirements
The full cabinet enclosure houses all components in a compact footprint, with all controls and connections accessible from a single service face. This makes the KJ Series well suited to tight plant room installations, mobile equipment setups, and remote site deployment where space and access are at a premium.
