Scope of Services
2.1 Installation Services We offer professional solar power installation services, including the supply, design, and installation of solar power systems. The specific details of the installation will be agreed upon between the parties in a separate contract or proposal.
2.2 Permits and Approvals It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or permissions required for the installation of the solar power system. We may assist and provide guidance, but we cannot guarantee the issuance of permits or approvals.
2.3 Third-Party Contractors We may engage third-party contractors or subcontractors to perform certain aspects of the installation. We will exercise reasonable care in selecting these contractors and ensure their compliance with industry standards.
Obligations and Responsibilities
3.1 Your Obligations You agree to:
3.1.1 Provide accurate and complete information regarding your energy needs, property, and any relevant factors that may impact the installation process.
3.1.2 Grant our personnel access to your property at the agreed-upon dates and times necessary for installation.
3.1.3 Ensure the availability of a suitable location for the solar power system installation, including a structurally sound roof or other mounting surfaces, as determined by our experts.
3.2 Our Responsibilities We agree to:
3.2.1 Perform the installation in a professional manner, employing skilled and trained personnel with due care and diligence.
3.2.2 Use equipment, materials, and components of acceptable quality, meeting industry standards and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
3.2.3 Provide you with information and instructions regarding the operation, maintenance, and safety precautions related to the installed solar power system.
Payment Terms
4.1 Quotations and Pricing Quotations provided by us are valid for a specified period and are subject to change based on factors beyond our control, such as fluctuations in material costs or unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant authorities.
4.2 Payment Schedule Payment terms will be detailed in the contract or proposal. Typically, a deposit will be required upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation.
4.3 Late Payment In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate specified by applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
5.1 Exclusions To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability for:
5.1.1 Loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with your obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
5.1.2 Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the installation, operation, or use of the solar power system.
5.2 Warranty Limitations Our warranty for the installed solar power system is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in a separate warranty document provided to you.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for services already rendered or expenses incurred by us.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the installation is performed. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated version on our website or providing you with written notice.
